Possibilities of systemic therapy in elderly, frail, patients with comorbidities and poor performance status

Elderly, frail patients, patients who have comorbidities or poor performance status are usually ineligible to clinical trials. Considering this, there is lack of data regarding systemic anticancer treatment in those groups of patients. In the article will be provided a comprehensive review of data and discussed possibilities of treatment for these cohorts of patients.
